It is very fine balance to keep the discipline and having fun playing soccer. Every player/child is different. Winning drive some kids to play soccer. Playing with friends are reason for others. But they all like to have fun. 70% of kids stop playing soccer at U14. Interestingly this is not because they are busier with High school but this is because they are not having fun.
